Sifu Oliver is the only one who teaches Wing Tsun and Escrima at a German University. He designed the Trainer Academy to establish and maintain the highest standards in Selfdefense and Stickfighting teaching.

The Trainer Academy wants to create independent Martial Arts Students and Teachers.

Main subject: what is the core of Wing Tsun / Escrima / Martial Arts and what are the tools to become a good martial artist and teacher.

General content of teaching

a) Clean theoretical, mental-, and physical abilities
1. Respect in Martial Arts
2. Using positive Emotions instead of fear in training
3. Traceability of techniques and modus operandi / standardisation through programs
4. Clear definition of goals in Wing Tsun and Escrima as Martial Arts
5. Knowledge about movement diversity, slow, fast, smooth, healthy, hard and in different Martial Arts Styles
6. Knowledge about "Cognitive Architecture" (BAC ´s) in long term memory
7. Diversity in teaching: from Mental-Training to realistic Selfdefense
8. Teaching Methodology: Taken from "normal" Sports
8.1 Chain-exercises (Übungsreihen) and chain-games (Spielreihen)
8.2 Ability to compare movements to usual sports
8.3 Ability to to create own images
8.4 Ability to create sensible training sessions
9. Basics of physiology and anatomy
10. Principles of force redirection
10.1 Stretch-Shortenining-Cycle
11. Prevention of injury / First Aid certificate needed


b) Behavior of a Martial Arts teacher

1. Cleanliness of the sports facilities
2. Hygiene of everybody (teacher, students)
3. Knowledge about the philosophy and history
4. Clothes and CI on high standard

5. Teacher / Student relationship

Prices:

Teachers 50€ / per year

Her / His students: 10€ / per year

Trainer Academy Seminars: 100€

Regulations for teachers who want to open a school under Sifu Oliver:

1. Every third students degree should be taken by Sifu Oliver (included in Seminar / no extra payment)

2. additional charges for seminars: tavel costs + 50/50
